Possibly the worst dining experience of my life. Not exaggerating. I ordered the bacon jalapeno pasta and the BBQ nachos. They both came out lukewarm. We sent them both back and the mac and cheese came out hot but the nachos we had to send back again because they still were not hot. possibly the worst dining experience of my life. Not exaggerating. The lady sitting behind us turned around and told us that she has been there several times and the same thing has happened to her so many times that she now only orders cold food. Even after the food was reheated it was just barely okay. I would give them no stars if possible

Went to McCalisters in Yukon tonight and the service was horrible. The lady taking our order kept wiping her nose and then went to get our drinks. We ordered the 4 cheese chili pasta and they were out of the sauce so we tried to order the jalopeno bacon pasta and they were out of it too. All of the tables were still dirty and there was maybe 5 families in there. The families who were in there had been waiting 20+ minutes for their food. You could tell by the looks on their faces they were not happy. This place hasn't even been open 2 months and its already going downhill! We loved it the first 4 times we ate there but tonight was terrible and I have never seen half of these workers
