Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for customers. I went in looking for a specific shotgun and they took one in at one of the other locations, contacted me and transferred it to the South Zanesville store. I not only bought the 12 ga I purchased ammo, a ticket for a handgun raffle (which they drew my name) and I had a very pleasant experience dealing with the staff. This is more than a gun store they have things for everyone from instruments to jewelry and tools and much more. I highly recommend a visit to the store with very fair prices and I will return as well!
