      MAL-PRACTICE!!!!! William K. Baxley failed to properly diagnose the interior deterioration of my #19 Molar. He charged me $972 to place a porcelain crown on the molar plus $45 for an office visit. Immediately after the procedure, I had to have an emergency root canal performed by an endodontist. The porcelain crown was DESTROYED during the root canal. William K. Baxley failed to refund my money or take responsibility for his capacious negligence.
