The Broken Arrow Store is about as helpful as a bucket with no bottom to it. All they care about is selling you something, getting the money and after that they could care less about customer service. I work for a company that has the employees get there boots, bibs, and winter jackets from gellco, the company pays for most of this stuff but gellco does not want to stand behind the boots, and they could care less about when you recieve the jackets and bibs if they are out of stock or have to have logo's put on them. I would never do personel business with this store for these reasons and for the prices they charge I can find the same name brands at other retailers cheaper and more helpful.
