PLEASE READ! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY WORK!My insurance company sent me here to get work done on my car after an accident. I brought the car in and showed them what had happened and I asked everyone to please take your time and do a good job. I just wanted my car to be fixed correctly and that I did not want any problems. Well they told me the repairs would take almost a month and thousands of dollars. So I was given a rental car and off I went on my way. They updated me along the way and every time they called they mentioned it would be done on the 25th .Well all of a sudden out of the blue they call me on the 13th and tell me the car is all done way ahead of schedule. Now right away I thought this sounded weird, they told me it would take almost a month and that the labor and parts would be for that amount of time. So the next day I went to pick up my car and Immediately I noticed that THE FRONT GRILL WAS STILL BROKEN FROM THE ACCIDENT.They told me that everyone in the shop missed the broken grill and that they did not rush my car. How did I notice It but the people taking my car apart and putting it back together did not? It was snowing out and not a good day so I took the car home and they told me they would order me a new grill. So a few days later they call me and tell me they received my new grill. They told me to come down and that it would only take about and hour to put it on. So when I get there they start taking my car apart only to realize the grill they received was broken. So i came all the way down there waited while my car was taken apart then they realized the part they received was broken. So nobody thought maybe I should check this part before we call him and set up an appointment that is just unbelievable. The guy put my broken grill back on and told me again they will give me a call when a new one comes in. So after about another week of waiting and the shop telling me they were on there forth grill because all of them were coming in broken. I don't know where they were ordering from but they should probably stop. Or if they ever really ordered the grill at all. So I finally said screw this and called my insurance company I explained to them the situation about the grill and I also noticed after finally being able to wash the car the TERRIBLE WORK I RECEIVED ON MY CAR. I am no pro I have never done collision work but it was clear that they RUSHED THE WORK AND DID A BAD JOB. The insurance company told me the work was guaranteed and that I was able to take it to another shop they work with. So I took it to a new shop and had the insurance adjuster at the new shop there take a look at the car and he agreed how POOR THE WORK WAS DONE AND THAT NOTHING WAS RIGHT. He could not believe they would let a car leave like that. So they basically had to redo all the work that Collision Masters did in the first place. THE PAINT WAS RUSHED THEY NEVER SMOOTHED IT OUT I HAD SAND MARKS DOWN THE WHOLE SIDE OF THE TRUCK. I HAD PAINT MISSING IN SPOTS AND OVER SPRAY. THE DENT THEY PULLED OUT WAS NOT CORRECT. THEY NEVER FIXED MY GRILL. THEY USED RIVETS INSTEAD OF THE RIGHT CLIPS. THEY PAINTED OVER SCRATCHED INSTEAD OF FIXING THEM. THEY PUT CHEAP BUMPERS ON THAT DID NOT FIT RIGHT. THEY SUPPOSEDLY GAVE ME NEW LIGHT BUT IT STILL HAD A CRACK IN IT. I mean it was just a total joke and on top of it they charged me and the insurance company for almost a month of labor and thousands of dollars for a rushed job that was done way ahead of time. Collision shops get paid a flat rate that is why they rush jobs to try and save money and get the car out.
