This place is poorly run, has little regards for punctuality, the patient's convenience, or even polite professionalism. Most important, they will not tell you the truth about what is and is not covered by your insurer -- expect them to tell you one thing before the procedure, then to get undisclosed bills from contract anesthesiologists and other "providers" whose services will not be covered, no matter how carefully you try to everything pre-approved. If given a choice between returning to this place and death -- I'll gladly call the undertaker.
