I Called Service King at 7:30am and asked to set up an appointment to have my car looked at. they said their system was down and she took my info and said they would call me back as soon as it was up. waited all day hrard nothing from them so I stopped in I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no. They asked me to wait...ok. 40 min later I left.. I guess they don't need my money..my next stop a body shop that got me right in.
