BEWARE* This vet has no emergency help. I tried to get ahold of him after hours when my dog was having issues due to infection AFTER being spayed.

Dr Herr and his staff wer very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. My cat Bandit has a very large ruptured abcess on his neck. When I brought him to see Dr Herr, Dr Herr saw the bill I previously paid for Bandit's initial care he was suprised. He said what I was thinking that it was too much for the services provided then he told me other 24 hour hospitals with better and reasonable prices. On Bandit's care Dr Herr explained to me this going to a prolonged healing process. He also explained the time for this wound to heal will depend on my involvement with Bandit's care. He listened to my concerns and problems following Bandit's initial care with the antibiotics so he changed antibiotics and gave me courage and hope for Bandit. I can't say thanks enough.

Dr. Herr and staff are wonderful. When I took my baby Lucy to be spayed the staff took excellent care of her. Even called the next day to make sure she was doing ok. They took the time to respond to all my questions big or small.

I have been going to this vet for 1 yr now and love all of the staff! Dr. Herr is a fantastic vet and was the 3rd vet I took my Pug to for a diagnosis. He properly diagnosed her and I was able to make an informed decision for her comfort. She recently passed and the entire staff was so caring and sympathetic and handled the difficult situation with professionalism and personal caring. They made me feel like part of their family. I still take my other Pug and he loves the entire staff and loves to go to the vet! Thank you for giving me and my pet the utmost care for low cost. Paula smith
