We received very similar treatment as Ollvia did recently. Lies after lies, and to top it off they created more damage to the vehicle in which they are not taking responsibility. I encourage Ollvia and others similar cases to take action with Consumer Affairs on Fort Hood to backlist this company, and to make a report to the BBB.

My experience with them has been nothing but awful. I was lied to, insulted, and threatened. They don't care about anything but cashing you check as fast as they can. I wish I could give them 0 stars. At this point we are considering legal action. If this was the last body shop on earth just fix it yourself.

I have had a great experience with this shop. Costumer service is great; workers are definitely know their job and get it done very well. I would recommend Cannan's Collision Center to anyone who I know. A+++++++

What a nightmare!!! Been three months and car still isnt done! Couldnt tell you how many times i was told my car was done then after driving across 2 towns to pick it up it wasnt evan close!!! Had to fix my dear lease truck just to have a vehicle after my rental ran up in 30 days. Other shops have told me this car should have been totaled.... would you feel safe driving your family in this car?

Steer clear of this place!

My husband and I took our vehicle there to have it repaired after a minor accident. The people there were very accomodating. They told us the repair would take a few days and even offered a loaner vehicle. We though this was going to be a great experience. We should have seen the signs that we were wrong when the loaner didn't even make it down the street. But we figured, "Oh well, the loaner was just going to be an added bonus anyway."

Well, our small repair ended up taking weeks instead of days and that's after multiple phone calls about "additional" expenses. We told them they should contact our insurance company to let them know about these additional problems. They never did and then told us we'd have to pay for the additional costs if we wanted our car back. We didn't have that kind of extra money so they told us we could have the car if we signed a promissary note. We had no choice. Then we went to see a lawyer who advised us to not pay these people any more money. Once they found out we wouldn't pay, they had our vehicle towed from our driveway!! Unfortunately, the amount of money owed was not substantial enough for an attorney to take on the case and we were stuck either paying these crooks or not having a vehicle. The worst part is they didn't even complete all the work they were supposed to complete. So we were forced to pay for work that wasn't even completed! Stay away from this shop. Look around for a place that is reputable.

I took my car to Canaan's Collision after a recent accident because the people were very friendly and they promised top-notch work. Man was I disappointed. When I went to pick it up, body parts were misaligned, new scratches and dings were in the paint from their employees, and not all of the work they billed my insurance company for was even done!After having it for a day and looking at it in better light, I noticed that the entire car is covered with swirl marks. I don't know what they were doing, but they ruined my paint job (the car has less than 20k miles). The seals around the doors were not installed properly, the plastic pieces in the wheel wells are falling out, and the car just generally looks like crap. And this is AFTER I already had to take it back and point out several other things they didn't do properly.Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover how I feel about this.

This is probably the worst body shop in Killeen. I took my car here after getting in an accident. It took them a month to replace a door and quarter panel on my car. They told me it would take two weeks, then I went in the Monday of the week it was supposed to be ready, and they said it would be ready by the end of the week. Well, that turned in to a whole two weeks. They messed up the new door on my car, so I had to bring it back in and wait another 4 days for my car to be ready. When they told me it was ready this time, they said I needed to bring it back to have it buffed which took 2 hours, and I was late getting back to work because of it. They offered no compensation whatsoever, they just apologized. Do not use this company.
