Outstanding communication and customer service. We met the CEO, Mr. Overbey, on our initial visit and he introduced us to Lacey who would be handling our account going forward. He could not have picked a better representative of their company. Every question has been answered, and our order was handled promptly. We have placed another other with Kimball's because of how professionally all has been handled. Again, just wish to commend Lacey for the fine work she has done.

I purchased jewelry from Kimball's that would not appraise for the purchase price. When I contacted Kimball's, they did not seem surprised. They offered to appraise the jewelry again in their store; however, they appraised the diamond at lower than the certification. I will never do business with Kimball's again.
