My daughter was ticketed after an accident and was very anxious about going to court. Linton walked us through everything and was able to keep her from getting any points on her license. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

This is a great law firm with highly professional lawyers and helpful staff. They were happy to take the time and explain Georgia laws to me and answer all of my questions. First court hearing, the D.A. staff was actually laughing at him in front of a full courtroom. Judge was so irratated he told him "I don't care what you do." when he asked if he was dismissed after speaking. That is just the tip of the iceberg on this guy. To cut to the chase, we have called the Georgia Bar Association, the Cobb County Bar, and done quite a bit of research. A case rises from Ineffective Assistance of Counsel to Malpractice when harm is done to the client. We are currently looking for the best legal Malpractice attorney we can find.

I retained this lawyer's services to assist me in getting a friend out of the cobb county correction center. I paid him 1500.00 as half of the fee that was charged. From the very beginning, this man was short tempered, rude and had an attitude. He would sound as if he was sick and tired of me calling to see what progress had been made. Well my friend decided to call Mr Semrau to see what was happening, again he blow into the phone as if he was sick and tired of us asking, but when he told my friend he could not get him out for the next 3 weeks, my friend was done. My friend asked me to ask Mr Semrau for a refund because he had already talked with another lawyer.



This other respectable lawyer was able to get him out within 3 days!!! In the meatime, we were calling and calling for Mr Semrau who seemed to be dodging our phone calls at this time. His very own secretary agreed that we should have been refunded because according to our paperwork, he had not been able to do anything. When my friend finally caught him on the phone late one evening. Mr Semrau's first words were 'how did you get out!" as if he has no clue of how the process works. However, he still refused to give us our money back because he feels he did nothing wrong to be refunded. Clients beware of a lawyers that can't back up their work. He is just a bunch of hot air that takes people's money!!! Do not get taken in from this lawyer!!!!!
