Great drive in theater love the grass and audio quality and picture quality is good. The double feature and sometimes triple feature is awesome and I love that you can bring your own food.

SLEEPY TODDLERS WEAR YOUR SHOES WHILE YOUR PARENTS CARRY YOU TO PUT YOU TO SLEEP!!!

My family and I had a great time at bengies until my 2 yr old daughter started getting restless and I walked to the snack bar to get a drink for her. During the walk back I was rudely approached by the owner of the theater due to my daughters sandles being off. I had finally got her settled enough to return to our car with sippy in hand to enjoy the rest if the show. Never once did I set her feet to the ground!! I responded to him kindly letting him know I was unaware of this being an issue and as he continued to snap at me all I said was wow and he responded with a repeat, "yeah wow" as I finished walking to my car he has a security guard follow me to get our tag number. Mind you I still yet didn't cause any disruption what so ever. I feel the owner was very rude and should have kindly asked me to return to my car and once there make sure to put my child's shoes on. Due to this incident I will not be returning to bengies!!

Bad place to go

I would not recommend this place with a mine van or truck the owner was very unprofessional to the person next to us saying thing that should not be said with a car full of kids I would rather pay the more money to see a indoor and only one movie and the soda generic or fake

honestly, this place is a JOKE...

honestly, this place is a JOKE. the security is a bunch of NAZIS, just like the owner. D Vogel, who not only treats his customers badly, but also from what i hear treats his employee's horribly. no wonder he's lost so much business this year, i don't care if it s that last drive in, in maryland. it either needs to close, or find a new owner.

You better have shoes

Horrible Experience! I have been a loyal customer of Bengies for years! I always try to promote their business because there are not many drive ins left and I would like to see them stick around. Well tonight, I was treated like a common criminal because my toddler whom I was carrying, didnt have shoes on. It started because she said she was hungry and wanted something to eat. I didnt think about the fact she didnt have her shoes on. I just picked her up and carried her to the snack bar where I was quickly stopped by security and got an attitude. She was quite short about it. "You need to have shoes on your kid". Ok, I thought, I understand. People dont go into food establishments with no shoes. So I waited outside the bathroom to wait for my teen to come out so she could take my toddler from me. ANOTHER security person asked me if she had shoes. I said "Yes, she has shoes, I am just looking for my kid". So my teen comes out of the bathroom and i ask her to wait outside with her sister until l can get her a snack. Well the security lady comes back out and flips out of me! "TO YOUR CAR" she says. "I TOLD YOU ONCE ALREADY SHE NEEDS TO HAVE SHOES ON" By now, I get it. She needs shoes ANYWHERE. I shout back "I thought you meant IN the snack bar". She didnt want to hear it. She escorted me and my girls back to my car, took my license plate and I had to leave. So much for a nice family night out with my children. They can take their frickin rule book they give you and stick it! Nazis!
