The customer service was HORRIBLE. Since the minute i walked it the nurse/reseptionist was rude and mean. When I came up to the window to let her know that we are here, she didn't ask me for anything she just said you have 30 minutes sit down. Then my dog started barking for less than 30 seconds because he saw another dog) She came out storming stating that my ddisruptivedistruptive and making a mess(it was raining that day and my dogs paws were wet) and she told me to put my dog in the car till they are ready for him. I have a full grown collie who can't sit in a car for a long time, so my 70 year old father walked the dog outside, she stormed outside and told us that we need to leave and she will not take my dog. I had a dog before this one that has been to several vets because of her condition and not ONE vet. office has ever treated us like that. The dr might be great but because if her assistance I would NEVER ever go back and all the people i know I will tell them the same thing.

She is excellent, very caring, very experienced. Her rates are reasonable and she provides quality work. I have been using her for years.
