Azalea City Hand & Rehab is conveniently located in the City of Mobile, at 316 S. Sage Avenue close to the major intersections of Interstate 65 and Airport Blvd.

Terry Breitung and his wonderful, knowledgeable, cheerful and caring staff is full of energy and focuses on keeping the clients motivated for a quick recovery without exception.

The physical and occupational therapy staff take the time to get to know their clients so they can tailor therapy sessions to their patient's personality.

Terry explains in detail as to what procedures he is going to do that will improve a clients treatment during office visits and advises what self-treatment and exercises they can do at home on their own to improve their medical needs.

A frozen shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) was the reason for my visits to The Azalea Hand & Rehab Office a few weeks ago. After receiving my personalized treatment by Terry, I can say that my range of movement has increased greatly and my pain has decreased. I know that I'm well on my way to being pain-free soon.

If you become a client at The Azalea City Hand & Rehab, there will be times when you will often hear humor during treatments. You may also hear Terry sing a song from this talented man. He keeps up with current events and sports too and will keep you entertained during your visit.

Not all of the credit goes to Terry now. With the smiling faces of Katherine, Lee Lee, Sally, and Julie, a client is always in great professional and caring hands.

With the continued treatments by Azalea City Hand & Rehab, I am well on my way to getting my quality of life back.

Thank you, my friends and Happy Holidays!

R.J.

Worst customer service ever! Hours do not fit an every day 8-5 job. I work most days from 8-5 and they said that they would open their doors an hour early so that they could accommodate my needs to get to work on time. I went to my first session and waited outside the doors for 30 minutes and still no one showed up. I went to work and an hour later the receptionist called me and told me that since no one showed up they would reschedule me but that i would have to wait 6 days before they could squeeze me into their busy schedule. I was still in pain in my lower back so they told me there was noting they could do until i came in and saw them the following week. I made the appointment and instead of calling me a few days before to confirm my appointment, I called the day of to confirm my appointment but no one answered because they were CLOSED!
