VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!

RUN!! Do not use this company!! I put up a $25,000 cash bond for my daughter. Once the bond was exonerated (dropped) in June 2013 and I was supposed to get the money back, they took 4 months (end of October) to return the funds and came up with all sorts of excuses. I.e. needed an original notarized request to return the funds and copy of court order exonerating bond. Then they tried to tell me they could not return the full amount all at once to protect ME from tax consequences!! Are you kidding me! There are no taxes on YOUR money that it refunded to you! They said they would return the money at $5,000 per week. Let's see, that would mean 5 weeks. It took them 4 months and that only happened after many phone calls and threats to sue. The final $10,000 was sent in 2 checks and one was post dated for 2 weeks. They also deducted $545 for a "bond exoneration hearing" they said they had to go to at court. Thing is, there was no 'bond exoneration hearing"!



I only gave them 1 star because you have to give something and negative stars are not allowed.
