Worst, Worst Ever... Products used were old, thick, crystallized... Her finger prints on my polish... Horrible .. Don't waste your time.

HORRIBLE! The min lady in there barely speaks enough English to understand. Rude, disrespectful attitude! 3 of us showed up to get mani/pedi, plus 2 of us were getting full sets. ( at least $150 worth of service). With only 3 employees in there they happily accepted us as customers. As they started services on us (full set) a lady and her daughter walked in and asked "if there was time to get a brow wax?" The main lady says "yes, yes" and urged them in. Right in the middle of glueing on my daughters tips, her lady gets up to do the waxing. This was upsetting to me. How rude! If she were giving a hair cut, would she stop in the middle to go service another customer? My daughter should not be undermined just because she is young. With attitude the lady said, "well she my customer 15 years,she had appointment" I replied no she did not because when she walked in, the lady and her daughter asked if you could fit them in! I told her that we would just be leaving ( also after sitting in the pedi chairs for 15 mins with no one working on us). The lady grew very nasty, and commented on how long she's been in the business. Told me if I leave that I wouldn't find another place for 15 mins, and that we wouldn't get all we want done. That her stopping on the nails to service someone else was no big deal! And told me good luck with life! I laugh at her. Good luck with life? Good luck with your customer service! I would not suggest this place to ANYONE!!

These ladies know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business. I have been using this establishment for eight years.
