Toys R us has always been one of my favorite stores. I have been going to this particular one since I was probably 3 years old. I still go here at least once a month or every two months and always spend at least 70 to 100 dollars. Today I made the 30 minute drive to this store and began looking around. I wasn't sure what to purchase. I had my eye on a couple different items. When I was walking around I began to notice the store manager follow me. Then I noticed an employee come and ask me what I was doing in every aisle I went to pretty much. When I finally found the item I wanted the store manager stopped me in the aisle i was walking down and asked me what i was doing. Agitated I said "buying this now leave me alone" to which he replied "If this behavior continues I will have to ask you to leave. As i went to get my second item he continued to follow me much more obviously then before (not that it wasn't obvious before). I approached my girl friend and pointed out to her the store manager would not leave me alone. This then caused him to come over with some employees and told me to leave. Toys R us has a great selection but the customer service is almost as good as Wal Marts but not quite. I will not be returning to this store unless I receive some sort of an apology. This store has lost one of their better customers but judging by the service they probably don't care.

I recieved a wonderful infant swing at my baby shower. It stopped working after about a month. My baby loved the swing I just had to get an exchange. I did not have the box nor did I have the reciept as it was a gift. Unfortunatly I didn't have a gift reciept either. But, that did not daunt my experience as I tried to exchange it. The employee was very helpful and managed to look up the swing through my baby registry. She did not have one in stock at the store and since I just had to have one to take back home for my baby boy that day she found me another one. The exact same type of swing at another location just down the street at Toys-R-Us. So I wouldn't have to lug the swing back into the car again she returned it to a gift card and let the other store know I as on my way. They went through such lengths to make sure I was able to bring back a functioning swing home for my baby I didn't care that I had to drive just down the street to the other store to go get it.
