I have been a long time customer and went in to purchase several designer bags. Asked if I could get something off for purchasing 2 bags over 150.00 each and was told no. They lost a sale and lost my business. These are used bags not new bags. 10-15 dollars off would have captured a sale instead they lost a customer.
