This store is always so clean upon entering and the staff is so knowledgeable. I especially love that they call me by name. Who knew a dry cleaner could make you feel so warm and welcomed.

A black hand-made linen dress was delivered ot me unpressed, with streaks of dye gone, so the dress looked like a rag. The whole side panel was not only ripped by them butthe right sash was torn off. They never even gave me back the sash.They also refused to compensate me for destroying the dress, saying that'black clothing' contained dyes that made the clothing fragile.So it was okay for them to receive a black dress, and destroy it and then say the fauly was mine for giving them a black dress. It was a custom-made dress costing $400. Their attitude was disgusting.
