I had a group of 8 guests for a 1:15PM Sunday Bruch Reservation. We were not seated untill 1:45pm. The brunch was 50.00 a person including tax and 20% tip added on to the bill. The Service was absolutely pathetic as the other persons before me stated.If they didnt add the 20% tip to the bill for parties over 6 people there was no way they would have gotten a 20% tip! The food however was quite good as far as the Buffet goes. I could have eatten Buffet and done without the entree and been quite satified for a lesser bill. the atmosphere was very nice.

Food was good but a little overpriced. Atmoshere is lovely. Service was pathetic. Very inattentive. They ran out of 2 menu items in the middle of a Sunday afternoon but didn't tell the patron until they delivered the dining companion's food. Then, couldn't deliver a simple omelet to the table in a timely manner. Didn't even offer a little biscuit or fruit while the patron waited for the screwed up order. Took two people 2 hours for a simple omelet and turkey sandwich!!! Forgot to deliver part of the order and then brought it out when the meal was finished! Took forever just to get the check! When the waiter was nowhere to be found, we asked the fellow bussing our table if we could have our check. He continued clearing our table as well as other tables until our waiter appeared then told him we wanted our check, duh. My guess is, insufficient help, poorly trained, and poor kitchen planning. So disappointed because the atmosphere is delightful.
