After moving from Bakersfield where most cleaners' standard dry cleaning and laundry was either same day or next day, I was disappointed in their standard 5-day service. Prices seem high. The sweater we brought in was still soiled when we picked it up. Initially we were told, it would be another 5 days, but when pressed because we were getting ready to leave on vacation, they did get it redone faster. When we came to pick up the sweater, the girl tried to charge us again and even more than the first time. When we protested, she said she had to phone her manager because she didn't know how to reverse the charge. That was a slow process.

Just recently got a bunch of dress shirts dry cleaned by them. Apart from my clothes looking spotless, the service was amazing. Great staff. I'd definitely recommend this place!
