I love my leather GIANNI BINI purse, ALEX MARIE heels, and SPERRY FLATS. I love my ESTEE LAUDER MAKEUP because it has sun screen in it. My favorite perfume is in ESTEE LAUDER also. My favorite store of all time.

Dillards think every black person who come through their doors are shoplifters. My hard earned cash will happily go else where!

Dillard s prices aren t the most competitive and their customer service leaves much to be desired. I visited Dillard s in Wichita Falls on two occasions and was highly disappointed. On the first visit, my friend and I were accused of theft and humiliated after being stalked but police. The officers who accused us offered no apology after being proven wrong. On the second visit, I wanted to try out some Clinique makeup but after being asked to provide assistance, an employee simply said no and that she was busy. Another employee reluctantly assisted and I noticed the busy employee provided assistance to another customer of a different race. I am black and I am very disappointed with the service I received at Dillard s. I was not behaving unusual or erratic in any way to merit the treatment I received. I understand employees have bad days and make mistakes but it was difficult to see I would have been treated the same had I been white (esp. on the 1st visit). I m not sure if they are constantly being robbed by ONLY black individuals but that is not an excuse to place me and other innocent individuals in the same bracket because of the color of our skin. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back but was again disappointed. I ll take my money and positive reviews else where. Highly disgusted.
