I had a similar experience to the previous review. He was quick to come out and did much more than just replace my broken tension spring for no additional cost. I highly recommend him.

Richard came to our house on a Sunday afternoon with only a few hours notice as our coil had broken and we couldn't get our cars out of the garage. He fixed it in no time, and made a handful of other improvements along the way. And his price was less of that of other folks who wanted more just to show up on a Sunday. Recommended.
