Wow! I just signed a contract with KISS and I'm glad I did! About a month ago I received a call from KISS, offering a free quote for janitorial services and I agreed to meet with a rep from their company. I was impressed right off the bat. The appointment was thorough, the representatve was knowledgable and friendly. The proposal was well written and the price was right. KISS has cleaned my office a few times now and it has never looked better! Our company is in the process of building a new 40,000+ sq. ft. facility and KISS will without a doubt be our janitorial service.

KISS janitorial has been cleaning my building (50,000 sf) for almost 10 years. They are terrific. There is seldom a problem, but when one does occur, the operations department is right there to handle it quickly & professionally. Monta is the best.
