Downside: The office is new and not busy, yet customer service is mediocre. I Followed up with their letter stating I need to complete a treatment, so I called... I left a message on the answer machine midmorning, but didn't get a return call. So, I called the next day at mid-day, and the receptionist told me to call back 1.5 hours later when somebody would be there -- I asked her to pass the message, and have them return my call. I have waited 24 hrs and don't expect it. Upside: Dental care is good so far.
