this place is poorly managed. they send maintenance men in thuggish civilian clothes with no credentials and keys to your house unannounced to walk right in and scare the poop out of you. when things break they take months to fix them. when you move out they will steal your security deposit no matter how good you clean it. the owner and employees should feel ashamed of themselves for leading terrible greedy lives
