I was trying to find the location of the Master Mechanic Manufacturer Company to return a drill bit for replacement. I didn���t get the fellows name but he was really helpful. After looking up the item number he told me to bring it back to the store and he would replace it. I told him that I didn���t buy the bit there. I live in Southern California and I was trying to find the Manufacturer of the drill bit with the zip code 60631 and his was 60630. He said that was the main office for the True Value stores located on 8600 Bren mar. He said that if I were in Chicago he would replace the bit with no question, even though I didn���t buy it at his store. The drill bit is a policy A item which means that it should be taken back and replaced with no question. The True Value Company would reimburse the retailer. The drill bit was actually manufactured in China. He said the manager or owner shouldn���t have any questions or problems about replacing it. It���s a no brainer situation, the customer is always right. I thanked him for this valuable information.
