Packaging materials with free box delivery in Denver Metro area ($50 minimum order) It is important to note that availability may be limited and strongly recommend that you make your reservation at least two weeks in advance. Corey and Mike did an exceptionally GREAT job of my move!! I have moved 7 times in the last 12 years in Denver and they are by far the best I have had. Arrived on time and with their friendly dispositions and helpful manner with everything, the move went by without a hitch! They worked hard the whole time and kept the move MOVING! Everything arrived without a scratch and they packed my more valued items with TLC. I highly recommend them to everyone who wants a move well done!! Do not be fooled by the sweet demeanor of the woman who answers the phone. This company was recommended to me and they came in as the cheapest option, while still impressing me with what they had to offer. I was told they would arrive between 8 and 10 but I would hear from them around 8 and they would probably arrive at 9. By 9:30 I still had not heard from them so I called, no answer. About 15 minutes later I got a call from the moving guys saying they were at my apartment. They were in fact at the wrong building although I gave very specific instructions on how to get there. Finally they arrived at 10. They started going over the paperwork with me and mentioned a trip fee of $95! I told him that I was never told about that fee despite the fact that I asked and he suggested I call the office. I called and again no answer. The moving guy called the owner directly, (twice because he was not answering) and had me speak to him. The owner could not have been more rude. As a business owner myself I told him that I expect him to stand behind the estimate I was given and he basically called me a liar and said that I was told about the trip fee. After arguing with him for 15 minutes, that I paid for, I hung up. A few minutes later the moving guy told me that he called the owner back and convinced him to take half off the trip fee, which I greatly appreciated though I still had to pay a fee that I was never told about. We had 2 stops to make and I waited over 15 minutes for the guys to arrive, though they left right behind me. We finally made it to my final location and when I asked them to put something down on the carpets I was told "You will pay for it". They wanted to charge me $20 for a few feet of plastic on the carpet! I was moving into a house where someone else already lives and they did not take much care in ensuring they would not ruin the other persons belongings. They knocked a light off the ceiling which my boyfriend had to fix because they ignored it and knocked other things over which they just picked up and threw in a pile. I have moved before with more belongings and it only took 2 hours, this took almost 4! What a horrible and expensive experience!
I have used this company 6 times to make moves for work and personal transitions around the Denver Metro Area. Over the past 14 years, and they do a great job of communicating their estimates, time tables, and have compensated for anything that has broken during the move. They are friendly, cautious, and do the job right the first time around. My second home is in Texas and have gone through 4 other moving companies in the Austin area and only wish I had a company like this one down in the Republic.
Don and crew were exceptionally professional with my two part move. They arrived on time, worked very efficiently and were great at packing the truck to get the most in the least space. I would recommend them for any move.
Two Men With Big Hearts is the only mover that I trust! I have used Mr. Kennedy's moving service twice in the past 8 years: 2000 and 2008; and have had positive experiences both times. The commitment to and execution of quality customer service is what makes this company outstanding in its ability to deliver excellent and outstanding service.Although Mr. Kennedy did not participate in my second move, the staff (Norm, Bobby and Damien)that he sent was knowledgeable, professional, respectful of my property, personable and efficient. The rates that were quoted, both times, were accurate and, in my opinion, reasonable. I highly and confidently recommend Two Men With Big Hearts.
Misleading bid, extensive damage, exorbitantly expensive! Simply the worst move every and I've used professional movers 6 times before, so know what to expect.
I have antiques including a grandfather clock and a mahogony desk they have moved 6 times. They wrap things well and are always careful and cheerful, making a usually stressful day a good one.
