Please be wary of this taxi service. The driver initially did not understand my directions and actually argued with me as I was trying to explain my desired final destination. After finally settling on a route, and getting me there (from Bradley to Hartford), he actually demanded an extra $15 be added to the fare, stating that he could have taken a different and faster route. If a customer wants to get somewhere, one would think that the driver would know the most direct and fastest route from the outset...both parties could move on with their lives quickly and efficiently. Instead I experienced poor service, and was subsequently charged an extra amount of money. It was ridiculous and dishonest. I definitely would NOT recommend to a friend.
