Do not rent at Fossil Ridge. I'm well aware crime doesn't have an address but two residents being held up and burglarized and another MURDERED in the span of six months!!? C'mon! These apartments use to be real nice...seems they're just plain desperate for tenants now. The staff is real nice to you until you put in a request for a repair or pest spray then they act super annoyed with you. Very unprofessional. Very affordable but at what cost!?! I have to say the maintance man is great despite the sour taste this complex left in my mouth...

Very quiet apartments in a good area. School District is Great too!~ Will stay here for a while at least until I can own my own home :) Would recommend if your looking for affordable in an unaffordable area.
