      The company has been in business for 60 years, they must be doing something right. Some people complain for both good and bad reasons. I know that many times I made the cab wait during rush hour. Time is money and if you are not ready in a reasonable time, they go to the next call. It also may be that you gave a vague address or you live in a complex that is difficult to see the addresses. You can avoid this by giving a phone number to the dispatcher. The cabbie can call you if he gets worried or can't find you. The vast majority of the time, these guys are on time and do a much better job than any other company out there and they don't put passengers in the car going in different directions unless they ask you if its OK. Most of the time you are riding by yourself to your own destination. If you weren't ready when you called the cab and then call back to get another one, you should expect some frustration on the part of any cab company

      Rude dispatcher claimed driver was there for a pick up when I told him he did not arrive, was told I need to call another cab, they are too backed up.
