The manager is absolutely awesome, he must be a counselor and a technician at the same time, because he was so calm in assessing the problem over the phone and was so truthful about the matter, I felt like I could trust his judgment and expertise. The first thing he said "how do you even know that the AC unit is broken? What if it's just the filter that needs changing?" I was not home when he came to check out the problem, but my husband said he took care of it within minutes. It was the filter, which we had neglected to clean/change and it was clogged collecting ice. In the end , he repaired it, yes.
