Have gone to Wright & Filippis for over 50yrs-having had polio. It was far superior years ago. The office help is stern, uncompassionate & the guy who sometimes waits on me has given me critical billing info wrong more than once. They are more about the money than helping you. The guys who do the brace work are superior to other places, which is far more important than the office staff. However, getting past the office staff, for me, is unpleasant enough.

I use them for C-Pap supplies (night breathing machine for sleep apnea) and have found them to be wonderfully helpful. They take the time to explain in detail and go over all my options.
