Deceptive Practice. I got a quote to tow my trailer there for a repair of $50 (only 4 miles). I told them if they could do it for less or same to do it. They called me for a repair quote of $175. I approved. I called to find total cost and was told the the towing was $100 and repair was $269. When I told them that was not the numbers that was approved, I was basically called a liar. Since I did not agree with them, they told me that my trailer must be paid with cash. Poor customer Service.

I have had my Odell trailer two years and am always amazed at the quality of my trailer compared to ANYTHING I've seen anywhere else. I highly recommend purchasing a trailer from Odell and do not even consider a toy trailer from the big box stores.

If you like to be treated well, than this is not your place. I have never seen such a rude woman for no reason. After buying 2 trailers, and many trips for parts, they have lost my business. There are many trailer places in pinellas county, just keep looking.
