Momentum Fitness Center welcomes you to experience the ultimate, full-service fitness facility that focuses on the total well-being of women. Our goal is to help each and every woman gain the self-confidence and determination that can be achieved through a comprehensive nutrition and exercise program that incorporates both the body and mind.
