Custom Built Crates is one of the best places to work. They go above and beyond for each of there employees. I work in the office and know of plenty times that people come in from the warehouse needing something and it was done. I would never change jobs because after a while you feel like family.

The best place I have ever worked. It's hard work and the hours can be long, but it's honest work. I recommend that everyone use our crates!

Absolutely the poorest place i have ever work for. poor attitude from 'managers' and even the managers are high all the time on drugs other then pot an is even worst when they don't have their fix. So this is a great place to work for if you absolutely have no ambition and want to be high and have availability to do your drugs in the bathroom and or your vehicle on company time. And don't worry about drug tests, they give you plenty of notice so they don't have to fire or ''lay-off'' workers that they would rather keep so that when there is and accident they will NEVER have to pay out workers compensation. In addition, if you ARE anti-gun, this is NOT the place for you as the manager Mr. James Hamblet likes to express his anger with his .380 showing on his hip when something is not going his way but does keep it concealed unless he is mad, then it tends to become an OPEN CARRY your weapon day at the office. My condolences to anyone who attempts a career for this employer and of course those who still want out. 5 STARS DOWN ...
