I took a Taxi to the Southern NM WIne Festival this weekend they were on time and the driver was very polite.

I just found today that this cab service terminated my business with them, and without an explanation. I did have a couple of social awkwardness with them and even experienced some miscommunication as to where I needed to be picked up the last time I rode with their company. One driver even got offended that I try giving him a Chick Publication track, and even remembered the supervisor during the holidays. I told her I was confused about their decision, but didn't press her for more details. Rather she insisted on mailing me a letter explaining this decision. I also happen to be African-American, and a colleague of mine was also stranded at the DACC community college on Espina awhile ago. I just don't know what to think.....I just needed a ride. ~

Terrible. Just terrible. I come from the east coast (where generosity is not common but, seriously ?) Customer service is far from friendly. The drivers are so inconsiderate. Simply horrid.
