Absolutely the worst place around to get boat parts!! I ordered some parts from Here and when they came in they where the wrong parts. Found this out after I got home of course. so I went straight back to try and get the right parts. Well they didn't have the parts on hand so once again I would need to wait. so I decided to go somewhere else. Asked for my money back for the parts And I was told no returns on special orders. I was not happy you order the wrong parts and now I can't return them!!?? I didn't even have the parts an hour and the packages where unopened! Long story short I got my money back after getting a little pissed off and yelling at some mentally challenged employee who couldn't even order the right parts in the first place. I will never be doing business with them again! Worst customer service ever!

This is a family owned and operated business. The employees are helpful and nice. I have never been unsatisfied. They always have someone help me out to solve my problem. Great company!

I have had repairs done at several different boat shops in the area, I have always left these facilities less then satified. I decided to give Columbia Marine Center a try. I had called around the other shops for a possible cause and estimate for the problem I was having. They all told me it would be a very costly fix. What a refreshing change, when I recieved a call from the service department they had fixed my boat for just there minimum diagnostic charge. And it was fixed correctly. Very good job Columbia Marine Center, I will definatly use them again.

This is the only place to have your boat repaired and to moore you boat. we were having a problem with are boat and had guests on board ready to go for a cruise. they came down to our boat and fixed within an hour and we got on our way. the boat has not run this good since we owned it. and it only took about an hour. We have had another business try to fix it, took three weeks and it was never fixed. GREAT JOB Columbia Marine Center. You guys are awesome.
