I called, and I must have gotten the same woman!

I did not have Derby landscape do any work on my house because first impression was far from par. When I called I thought I had the wrong number when the person answered the phone with a rude hello instead of stating their business name. Then when I asked about getting a service done the lady had no idea of the services they offered and was more concerned about correcting my questions than helping my lawn get ready for spring. It seemed like I was calling someone s cell phone and they had no time to talk and was mad that I was existing their minuets.
