Hi, I am a long time satisfied Marshalls customer and was surprised when I called what I thought was their office for service and had someone show up in shorts and his car. He was not from Marshalls at all. Ask for credentials. If your technician does not show up in a Marshalls truck and does not have his locksmith license he probably isnt from Marshalls. If you want the best locksmiths in town MAKE SURE they are from Marshalls and CAN PROVE I T
