Horrible company to rent from. They will take advantage of a tenant whenever they can. I have rented from them for 4 years and every time I have asked for repairs nothing ever happens. The HVAC wasn't installed properly causing damage to some of my property due to their incompetence. so be very careful if you do decide to rent from them because they will take advantage. i rented through centurion for a few years and I had no problems until the owner of the company handed over the apts i was living in to a lazy slumlord. upon leaving the apartment she refused to do a walk through with me and when i asked for her to look at my rental agreement when i moved in so i wasnt responsable for the damages that were there prior to me moving in. needless to say she stuck me with fees for work that i did while moving out. (cleaning, spackeling nail holes, replacing blinds and painting) i lived there four years and painting was their obligation. also she charged me for fixing problems that i had complained about repeatedly needed fixing. other apt complex that they manage has trash all over the grounds and the only time you see management is when rent is due. i would never rent from this horrible company again.

Centurion property management is nothing more then a slum lord nothing more nothing less.I would never rent from them,ive seen there properties first hand.

If I could put down a -5 for this review I would! I highly advise not using this company and will let anyone I know that is looking for a place to rent. They do not return calls no matter how many times I left a message, and no I didn't badger them, I called 3X, once a week on one property. I left my name, name spelling, and my call back phone number twice, once at the begining of the call and again at the end of my message.I had seen a couple of rental properties that I was interested in, this was over a 2-3 week period.I called them over 3 weeks later still no call back, the house was rented approx 6 weeks after I first called. This happened again with another property not long after. You would think that they would remove the For Rent signs or at least call back a "repeat caller" and let them know that "the home had been rented,or "no more applications are being taken on the following properties as we are busy processing applications at this time..." type of recording.
