The worst customer service that I have ever encountered... EVER! I purchased not one, but two fireplaces from them. Fireplaces are not cheap and I expected to receive a good product and good customer service, boy was I wrong! I didn't even get a service person to explain or show me how to operate these new self venting fireplaces. I have been calling and leaving messages since the end of October, but I haven't heard back. I just have a few questions and my messages are friendly but still, I haven't received a call back. The fireplaces were installed poorly and the quality of the finished work was unacceptable, but I guess I have to accept it as I paid in full and now customer service has altogether disappeared and has not returned one of many phone calls that I have placed. I'm so disappointed that Capo Valley Fireside is just another company that doesn't care about the customer, only their money.
