      Great well-kept condo complex that is well maintained and in a safe-gated community close to UA and UMC. Good rental for students and anyone who works at UMC; young professional & student types. Close to UA Bike Path & CatTran, across from supermarket, ACE hardware, lots of good restaurants & banks within walking distance. Updated; granite/stainless steel, nice pool/spa/fitness center & basketball court on premise.
