Very unprofessional eye doctor was quite rude ,help I center was very un experienced and not that informative and they were very uniformed as to delivery time frame said a certain amount of days and it took three times as long and they had excuse after excuse. Would never use again and would not recommend.

Well I got my glasses and they are working out just fine. So they made a mistake but at least they came through! Thank you staff.

I should have taken the first review to heart, but I figured I'd try them anyway. Well the doctor was good and very concerned that I get a new prescription so I was glad. I picked out several frames and was told to go with a bigger lens for my prescription which I finally picked one that worked. The staff took measurements etc. Price was good for me after insurance it only cost me $75.00. Got a call that glasses were in, well they put through the wrong frames. They said I could take the wrong glasses and keep them until the correct ones came in. NO WAY and damage my eyes. Plus I didn't want them to put down I accepted the wrong glasses. I will give them another week to 10 days to see if correct glasses come in.

The Doctor was extremely pleasant. However the staff where less than desirable. I placed an order on January 19th and it was wrong. Replaced another order and that one was wrong. It is now 1 month later. Now it is Fedurary 27 and they are still wrong. I was given that I made all the mistakes and they would not refund my purchase!
