Very HORRIBLE place and no way to treat a customer.. I had a appt at 10:30 traffic had me running little behind so I called at 10:25 spoke with them and told them I would be running appx 5 min late, 10 max (wound up being 8 minutes), was told that is fine to come on, arrived at 10:38 and had to wait outside of door to come in for 10 minutes because Covid checkin procedures. When I did get in door was told your 20 min late but we will see, I said no I am only 8 minutes late the rest is on you, I was here. they sat me in a chair inside and NO ONE came back to be at all to get me or tell me when they would see me or appx how long., NOT nothing. At 12 I got up told them I am leaving and walked out. This is NOT how you treat a human let alone a customer. Other America's Best may be a lot better but the Whitehall , PA one is very bad and do not recommend them at all.

Horrible experience, the doctors rush through the eye exam and really do not care about the patient. I have been there three times in 2 months and all three times I was rushed out of the chair. I suggest going to Lens Crafters in the mall, go see Dr Brodsky he is brilliant when it comes to a patients vision.

I had a great experience at the location. Nice friendly staff. The exam was quick and easy. I felt very comfortable. I wasn't pressured to buy anything but given options. I won't be afraid to go for an eye exam again. Very happy customer will refer others!
