Todd and his colleagues were a major help when my apartment's roof collapsed and I needed to move things out of it quickly. They even stayed open late on a Saturday to accommodate my needs! 10/10 I would recommend their storage service to anyone in need!

The facility is great - neat and clean They also offer a FREE truck for moving. In addition to that, their customer service is second to none. This is the best part about the company and the main reason for my review. They care about YOU, not just how much you are spending. They really look after their customers, as individual people. Every single person I dealt with there was friendly and personable. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed with your decision.

This place takes storage to the next level. I started my business out of my apartment. As we grew I needed more storage space. I've been with these guys for 5 years! In and out of different units depending on what sizes I needed. People working here are always very focused on the customer experience which was always above and beyond the call of duty. The units are clean and are insect free. There is never a problem parking and it is conveniently located right off the freeway.

No complaints here. This jack rabbit location is very clean, organized and well maintained. Kudos to the people in charge.

Two managers on duty were very pleasant and helpful. No complaints at this time but I will notify them if I have any or any suggestions.

Staff was great, very friendly. Very clean facility but I would like to see longer hours - extend hours for exiting at least. Just a suggestion...but very happy otherwise.

Couple of managers working at this jack rabbit were very friendly and helped us out a ton. They gave us a few good packing and storing tips, plus good information on insurance. We were pretty happy with the whole experience. Rate was competitive with other storage places.

I will always appreciate and or consider a lower rate. A less expensive alternative competitor is only a couple of miles away but they do offer "less". Their facility does not look well maintained at all...so I didn't mind paying a little more for jack rabbit. So, I do agree that this jack rabbit location is one of the best and most well run storage facilities.

They are awesome! The person on the phone was nice and she was also very professional in person. We walked the lot to look at our unit choices plus the other little things they had to offer. Overall, a very good choice.

Reasonable storage rates, free moving truck, professional and very clean space. all good reasons to use these people if you need storage.

The representative working here knew her stuff. She gave me many tips on how to store my leather couch and other furniture. Rates were not bad at all for the larger unit that I needed and it was easy to pull up and drop off. Quality service and competitive rates. Recommended.

Great price on 1st month rent and great service.Cant really say much else it was a great deal and i even got a special rate on the first month.Very good business imho .I highly recommend these guys for all your storage needs.

Great company. Great communication via their site and email. Helped me place my reservation, explained the process to me, explained climate control storage (not needed) and setup a truck to use on a Saturday to move, for when i needed it for. I plan on using them again in the future, no hesitation

Fantastic service. Customer service here is some of the friendliest folks in the storage business. They answered all of my questions, took my on a tour of the place, offered a moving truck to use...it was outstanding. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them a bunch in the future.

I picked jack rabbit after checking out two other places. One place offered "climate control spaces" but I really don't need it (plus it's a little more). The rate at jack rabbit seemed to be decent for the size unit and I can access my space almost any time of the day. Thanks and I'll recommend.

We just moved to this area and we were able to find this company for storage. The rates are very competitive and affordable. The people working at the office were very helpful in picking out the right space for us. We had to move in over the weekend so the move was easy (able to pull up to our door and unload our boxes). I recommend these people to anyone looking for storage. Thank you.
